老干妈豆豉菜花 (Stir-fried Cauliflower with Lao Gan Ma Chili Black Bean Sauce)
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 tbsp Lao Gan Ma black bean chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Steps:
- 1. Blanch Cauliflower: Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the cauliflower florets for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Stir-fry Garlic: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 3. Add Sauce: Add the Lao Gan Ma chili black bean sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.
- 4. Add Cauliflower: Add the blanched cauliflower to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower absorbs the flavors.
- 5. Serve: Serve hot with steamed rice.
