Ingredients:
- 2 medium carrots (shredded)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh spring onions for garnish (optional)
Cooking Steps:
- 1. Stir-fry Garlic: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 2. Add Carrots: Add the shredded carrots to the pan, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- 3. Season: Add soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- 4. Serve: Garnish with spring onions if desired and serve hot with rice.
