酸辣土豆丝 (Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes)
Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes (shredded)
- 1 red chili (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps:
- 1. Blanch Potatoes: Blanch the shredded potatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Stir-fry Garlic and Chili: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and red chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 3. Add Potatoes: Add the blanched potatoes to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and season with vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Serve: Serve hot with rice.
