鸡蛋炒芹菜 (Eggs and Celery Stir-fry)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 200g celery (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps:
- 1. Scramble Eggs: Heat oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- 2. Stir-fry Celery: In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add celery and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Combine: Add the scrambled eggs back to the pan, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
- 4. Serve: Serve hot with rice.
