红烧鸡翅 (Braised Chicken Wings)
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine/dry sherry
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch (or flour substitute)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Cooking Steps:
- 1. Sear Chicken Wings: Heat oil in a pan, add chicken wings, and sear both sides until golden brown.
- 2. Add Seasoning: Add garlic, soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine. Stir well.
- 3. Simmer: Add water to cover the wings and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 4. Serve: Serve hot with rice.
