腰果虾仁 (Fried Shrimps with Cashewnuts)
Ingredients:
- 200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 50g cashew nuts
- 1 small green bell pepper (diced)
Cooking Steps:
- 1.Prepare Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2.Fry Cashews: Heat oil in a pan and fry the cashew nuts until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3.Cook Shrimp: In the same pan, stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- 4.Stir-fry Vegetables: Add garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Then add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 5.Combine and Serve: Return the shrimp and cashews to the pan. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
